- Is this class self-paced?Yes, The RESET: Mindset to Money Mastery course is self-paced; you dictate your speed. If you purchase "It Takes A Village" or "The Transformation" the content in the course will be supplemented by weekly group coaching Q&A sessions, or bi-weekly 1-on-1 individual coaching sessions, respectively.
- What kind of time commitment should I expect?For best results, we recommend a 2-4 hour investment each week. We expect you to be present and on-time for your coaching sessions with a spirit of positivity, encouragement and hope! We excel in an environment of "I can". "I will try", and "I will pray".
- Is this course for everyone?This course is for those that are serious about turning their financial future around by learning and application. Your results will depend on your personal actions and changes based on your financial situation. While results are not guaranteed, the strategies shared in this course have been proven to create significant inroads to better money management.
- What makes this class better than others?This is my flagship program that I developed with the knowledge I've accumulated over the course of 10 years, as well as the learnings and takeaways I've collected over the years from the clients I've had the pleasure to work with. It is basically everything I learned while changing the course of my own financial future (what worked, what didn't). With over 25+ years in facilitation, learning & development and corporate coaching, I've structured the course to encourage "action". Information without action goes nowhere. In addition, as a "Village" and "Transformation" client, you get access to your own client portal for direct access to J'Neane, and an invaluable community of people striving for the same goals. This is the BEST budgeting & financial coaching experience out there, period.
- What if I want a refund?RESET Budgeting and Financial Coaching prides itself on creating courses and sharing information that will stand the test of time. No quick fix, unsustainable strategies here! While we do not provide refunds for our courses or products, if you are unable to attend your coaching sessions for personal reasons, you will have one year to reactivate and complete your coaching program where you left off. - What device do I need to participate?You will need access to a camera for virtual coaching calls. We recommend joining via laptop for the best experience, but you can also join via webcam or your camera on your mobile device.
